Included in the shipping price is a 25€ service charge for the personal shopping and packing services that we provide with every pack. The net weight of all the items entered into your shopping cart is automatically calculated through our weight based shipping system. Then the exact shipping price for your order is calculated according to the weight in your basket and the country you are travelling to.  Shipping costs are calculated in increments of 5kg.  For non EU countries there might be a customs surcharge added to the general transportation fee.  For deliveries to the Canary Islands there is a 5% import tax calculated on the total value of the goods which is added to the transportation fee.

Bebebel aims to have you package delivered to your destination on the nearest working day before, or on the day of your arrival.  We are unable to deliver on weekends or bank holidays (these vary depending on country).  It is essential that a full and correct delivery address including postal code is provided to enable the delivery of your goods.  Bebebel will not be held responsible for non delivery of items due to incorrect delivery details given.

If you are staying in a private villa/apartment please supply us with the address and contact details of a third party or agency which will receive the goods on your behalf prior to your arrival.  Please also check beforehand that they are willing to do this.  If you are staying in an hotel or accommodation with reception facilities please check with them that they are willing to receive the goods on your behalf prior to placing the order.

As stated in the Bebebel Terms & Conditions if your order does not arrive between 48 and 72 hours after your arrival you will be entitled to a 50% refund.  If your order arrives more than 72 hours after your arrival you will be entitled to a full refund. To qualify for any discount you must order your pack at least 2 weeks before your arrival date.  If the parcel is delayed due to customs the refund will not apply.

Damages to goods and orders which are lost in shipping are the responsibility of our courier TNT.
