How To Order

Bebebel Holiday
1 Before you start shopping please make sure you have your holiday delivery address available with the full postal code. If you can, please provide us with a contact telephone number either for the hotel you are staying in or the rental agency if you have rented accomodation.
2 Also have available your baby's nappy size plus any food and milk preferences  to make your selection.
3 Simply add all the products you want into your shopping cart. The weight of all the products in your basket is automatically added up for you and then the system calculates the correct delivery price for your order.
4  When you have finished shopping check the Shipping Prices & Zone Areas in the horizontal menu above and select the zone 1 to 5, according to the country you are travelling to. Then click select next to the correct zone scroll down to continue to the checkout.
5 Proceed to the payment page and pay with any major credit card.  All payment transactions are carried out safely and securely through PayPal.

After Sales Service
1 Once receiving your order we call through to your hotel or designated receiver to pre-warn them of your pack's arrival date and instruct them to store it in a cool, dry and safe place awaiting your arrival.
2 Your pack is then personally chased every single day in transit to your holiday destination to ensure on time delivery.
3 When your pack arrives at your holiday destination we send you a confirmation delivery text. This is sent before you travel for added peace of mind: so you know all your baby's holiday essentials are already waiting for you.

Bebebel Innovations
1 Select the products you require and put them into the shopping cart.
2 When you have finished select the correct shipping fee from the menu at the bottom of the page - it will be called Innovations: Delivery Costs, then press select to go to checkout . There are set delivery fees for each product, please see our Trading Terms page for more information.
3 Proceed to the payment page and pay with any major credit card. All payment transactions are carried out safely and securely through PayPal.
4 Please note Innovations products can not be ordered in conjunction with Holiday products you must order both seperately.

Bebebel Rentals
1 All rental orders require a 50€ deposit so click on the 50€ note to add it to your shopping cart before you add any rental products to your order.
2 Now you are ready to choose your rentals items. Simply add all the desired products into your cart, if you require a product for 2 weeks simply add that product twice into your shopping cart and three times for 3 weeks etc. When you have finished shopping select the correct shipping fee for Bebebel Rentals - this will be called Rentals Free Delivery and Collection and listed last out of all the shipping prices. Please note this service is only provided in Mojacar, Vera, Garrucha, Palmores, Villaricos, Turre and Cuevas.
3 Proceed to the payment page and pay with any major credit card. All payment transactions are carried out safely and securely through PayPal.
4 All deposits are refunded within 5 working days of the return date of the booking, assuming all products are clean and not damaged.  Please see our Trading Terms page for more infromation.
